Succession Ecology was engaged to provide ecology support for the construction of a major wind farm in the Mid-north region, near Burra, SA.

Services included:

• Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP), including management responsibilities, legislative requirements, development conditions, and management strategies to comply with all relevant environmental legislation.
• Sub-plans for the CEMP, detailing the management of flora and fauna, soil erosion and drainage, and dust management.
• Pre-Clearance Checks, which included desktop assessments to determine the potential environmental impacts in every area of -ground works and extensive field surveys to assess environmental risks.
