Succession Ecology was engaged to provide ecological support for a housing development in Hillier, SA. Succession Ecology provided a flora and fauna assessment to support a code amendment application from “Rural Park” to “Residential”, and subsequently,  an assessment of  Significant and Regulated Trees on the site.

Services included:

  • Flora, fauna, and environment assessment report, supported by a desktop assessment and field survey.
  • Significant and Regulated Tree assessment report, supported by field surveys, which evaluated the habitat provided to native fauna provided by each tree. The report was supported by detailed mapping, including calculations of Tree Protection Zones and Structural Root Zones.
